The service

NavyReef Board is a diagram whiteboard with AI built in, used in your web browser. You can draw blocks and connectors, share boards, export them, and ask the built-in assistant, Ask, to draw or change a diagram.

NavyReef Board is provided by Navy Reef ("we", "us"). Contact details are on the Contact page.

Your account

You can draw without an account. Ask and sharing need a free account.

Give us correct sign-in details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else got in.

You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • break the law, or help someone else to.
  • put content on NavyReef Board, or share it, if you do not have the right to, or if it infringes someone else's rights.
  • attack, overload or probe the service, or try to get around its limits, including the AI limits and the sign-in protections.
  • use Ask to make unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
  • use bots or scripts to create accounts or to send AI requests in bulk.

Your content

Your boards and chats are yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you create.

You give us permission to store, copy and show your content only as far as needed to run the service for you. For example, we keep a copy of a board you share on our server and show it to the people you invite, or to anyone who has a view-only link you turned on.

You are responsible for what you put in your boards. Exports and backups are files on your device.

AI features and their limits

When you use Ask, your message, any pictures you attach and the parts of the board Ask needs are sent through our server to our AI provider, DeepSeek. The Privacy page explains what is kept and for how long.

AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them.

Ask has a monthly limit of 30 requests. When you reach it, Ask pauses until your requests reset next month; drawing, editing, sharing and export keep working. We may pause Ask on an account that breaks the acceptable use rules above.

Plans and payment

Free is available at no cost. There are no paid plans yet. If that changes, we will update these terms and tell you before you are charged.

No guarantees

We work to keep NavyReef Board running and your work safe, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors or right for a particular purpose.

Boards are saved on your device first. Keep your own backups; the app can export every board into one file.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be given up.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data that come from using NavyReef Board.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using NavyReef Board at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. It deletes your account, your AI usage and your saved Ask chats, and the boards you own on our server. Boards saved only on your device stay on your device. Before you delete, download any board other people use, or hand it over to one of its members.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts. If you do not agree to a change, stop using NavyReef Board and delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes go to the courts there, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
